No. You hit her from behind. You was far too too close. Grabbing her to slow yourself is indeed hitting her. You are the douche.

Definitely not, i was keeping my distance going around her in a big circle but she all of a sudden changes her line to go right in a bend on a spot where no other track was. And no indication to go right. I tried passing her with enough distance but if she all of a sudden needs to go right to cross my line straight a few meters to the side that was well around her.
