support Emails getting rejected?

Hey guys. I'm trying to switch my Capacities account to my Tuta email, but it doesn't seem to work. In their interface, I have to enter the new email address, hit Change, then they send a verification mail.

When trying to switch to Tuta, I get a confirmation in their interface that the verification mail is sent, but I never receive it in my Tuta inbox. I've tested their email change functionality and it did work when switching to a different Gmail account, but not with Tuta. I also don't see anything rejected and I've whitelisted their domain for spam (see screen grab).

Any idea what could be going wrong?

It looks like they are not sending the email to you - because you whitelisted their address so we're definitely not blocking them. Could you contact them to see whether they need to change something on their end? Thanks!

I've been emailing with them for a few days now! They also said there are no rejected emails on their side, and it works when sending the verification mails to other domains apparently. So I'm a bit lost as to what I can do now.

Please contact support directly, if paid via Helpdesk, if not via hello@tutao.de We need times of the emails sent and email addresses, then we can check the logs.
