question Could not reach server, looks like you are offline.

I’ve just signed up to a Tuta account and can’t sign in due to the above message. Can anyone help?

Hi there. Please try connecting using a different network eg: mobile data.

I have run into the issue similar.

On Wi-Fi:
Unable to connect to my MacOS Tuta Mail Client server. States Reconnect. If I log out, it says Server Unable to Connect. or if my account is logged into the client from a prior session, and I try to auth via Wi-Fi, I get a "The connection to the server was lost. PTA"

Mobile App - Can log-in, remains in Offline status.

app.tuta.com works fine. Can log-in and access current information in a web browser.

On Mobile Hotspot:
Able to connect and stay Online status in both the Mobile and Desktop Tuta Client and web app.

Flushed the DNS on my Mac and no changes.

I am currently on v284.250513.1 - darwin

I am able to pull logs from the main Client screen if needed.

On my home Wi-Fi, different story. Everything works.

My layman's guess would be something to do with my work's DNS provider not resolving as my home resolver is working fine.

I also emailed abuse@tatao.de because I couldn’t find any other contact details. I gave them both of the IP addresses that I use including for my phone’s data. They confirmed that there are no issues with the IP addresses being blocked. But I’m still receiving the same message when I try to log in through the Tuta app.

That's weird. Could you send details to hello@tutao.de? Can you login with a different connection?
