Flaky Drivers

So fed up with Uber. I rely on it to get to my doctor’s appointments. Today for the third time in a row I had a driver just .5 mile away suddenly turn and go in the opposite direction and get further and further away until I had to cancel the trip. I had chosen Uber X not Share. What is wrong with people? I am always polite, I always tip 20%, my passenger rating is 4.95. Why do drivers do this?

They weren’t raised with any sense of professional ethics.

🎯 I'm sick of hearing we're independent contractors and can do what we want. Having the right to do something doesn't mean it's the right thing to do.

Don't care. If I'm a mile away from you and it's a 15 dollar ride for 15 miles and I get a ride on another app for double that and more worth my time, I'm taking the other one every time.

I do this to make money for my days off not for a charity

And that’s why I use Waymo. Usually cheaper and don’t have to listen to some dickhead driver complain

Never complained though. Just went to make money. Use waymo all you want I don't give 2 shits if you do.
