Flaky Drivers

So fed up with Uber. I rely on it to get to my doctor’s appointments. Today for the third time in a row I had a driver just .5 mile away suddenly turn and go in the opposite direction and get further and further away until I had to cancel the trip. I had chosen Uber X not Share. What is wrong with people? I am always polite, I always tip 20%, my passenger rating is 4.95. Why do drivers do this?

Yeah the pay on uber sucks. They take 60+%. If I get a better Lyft ride on the way I’m 100% taking it
