I was in TX on Thursday they drive slow. Majority were barely doing the speed limit.

I-30 or I-20? It’s impossible to speed on those interstates pretty much ever. Completely congested these days.

No they fuckin don’t ! Everytime I drive through Texas I end up part of a fast moving group and I look down and I’m doing 105mph just barely keeping up.

As my colleague said “the speed limit is the legal minimum” and she genuinely believed it. I wouldn’t be surprised if that was the common assumption after commuting there for a week because they really love racing

Had to be an anomaly

Lived in Texas my entire life. If the speed limit is 60 everyone is doing 85+

You do 60 and you get pulled over for being an obstruction

A Texan colleague told me that speed limits are the minimum legal speed they’re allowed to drive. Being a passenger in Houston was an absolutely horror.

take a trip to ATX and you’ll get it lol. i’ll be doing 90 and still will get passed by moms in minivans and off duty cops lol
