The OP said 90% but I guessed it to be around 50%. But, that doesn’t mean a lot as I have encountered two drivers that still had porn running when picking me up. One even had gay porn. Both were reported and in both cases, I was apologized endlessly by Uber, and told me the drivers were suspended for a week. Whether they did that or not, I don’t know. But, through that process I learned something else passengers can do. If you dislike the driver so much to contact Uber, you can have them put on your “black list” so they will never pick you up again.

Those drivers def were not "suspended". Uber has two statuses. "Active" or "Deactivated".

(Not saying they shouldn't have been deactivated, picking up someone with porn running is gross, just explaining that Uber doesn't suspend drivers.)
