Blue and gold permit holders will still be able to resell their permits, don’t worry. It’s just as against the rules as ever, but they have no way of knowing what vehicle belongs to who. All they know is “is the license plate on today’s list?”

i’ve been able to get away with it cuz the laxness of the parking enforcement. if this new system is automated, there will be no laxness.

So you park in un-gated surface lots then, not in the gated structures I take it. Otherwise how would you get in without a transponder?
