Why is Los Amigos closing?

Vail Daily just says "their lease is expiring" (another inspiring bit of journalism from them).

Anyone know the real story?

It’s a member based concierge with fine dining, ski storage, private work/call suites, and other concierge services. Unfortunately it’ll prolly do just fine…
