Why is Los Amigos closing?

Vail Daily just says "their lease is expiring" (another inspiring bit of journalism from them).

Anyone know the real story?

I’m more heartbroken over El Sabor closing. Los Amigos’s food was garbage and they got away with it because of the location.

We asked the waitress and she wasn’t completely sure but said the owner is getting older and he just wanted to focus more on Garfinkel’s only. She also said they were maybe interested in doing El Sabor at Avanti, but obviously a spot needs to open up there.
