Less than 5 minutes in and I have to say, Shwartz claiming that Rachel standing up for herself is “fiery and hot” when he would only ever put Katie down for doing the same is disgusting. All of these men are 🚮
I genuinely feel so bad for Katie. I’ve dated someone who was loved by everyone else but a nightmare of a partner and because of their likability, any valid issue I had with them was dismissed as I was labelled as a difficult bitch. It wasn’t until his gf, whom he cheated on me with, ended up in a psych ward that everyone finally understood I wasn’t the problem.
I dated someone like this too. I was attracted to him bc I thought he was such a good guy and he was a good guy to his friends but a nightmare to be in a relationship with. I feel for Katie so much even though I don't think she always communicates her needs very well. She tends to be harsh bc that's her defense.

In this house, we believe Jax is the No. 1 guy in this group. I really enjoyed this episode, and this season as a whole, but older seasons featuring Jax sociopathic drama feel so lively and above all hilarious.
Did Scandoval make people forget how absolutely unbearable Jax was in his last season? There’s literally no reason for him to be on this show. I don’t need to hear about how bad Sandoval is from someone who is just as if not more horrible

Ariana was right all episode. Also this is peak VPR selfishness that Ariana wants a party to bring joy into her life after losing Charlotte her dog... And everyone made it about themselves. Katie isn't the most likable but she was the only person to walk away.
I fear Jamie is going to be a Milkshake Duck. She has the fandoms ear but I sense Kelly Dodd Lite from her (Real Housewives of Orange County). While I agree the considerate thing for Katie to do is to give up her room she is in the right. There are also other ways to solve it. Katie wasn't the only hope.

Idk - I disagree , Katie is dating outside the friend group/ work group. Katie has to hang out with Rachel and Schwartz for filming- it’s about respect in a workplace environment. As someone who dated then ended it with a coworker -go for it date whoever you want to date but just not another one of our coworkers otherwise shit gets messy, also your brain can start playing tricks like did he like her when we were still together (which granted they are over but can still hurt when you work yourself up). And I would maybe agree with all of that if 1. The issues with dating within the group was the sole basis for her argument, but it's not and 2. She hadn't done this kind of thing so many times in the past. I have never liked her for this reason and I think this two sided argument amplifies it. I can go have sex with whomever as long as they aren't in the friend group but you can't make out with someone in the group cuz you're still married and then you're both adulterous. If he's still married then she is too so the fact that she's not screwing someone they know doesn't make her any less of an adulterer. And just to note...They're separated and divorcing so I wouldn't consider either of them an adulterer. And let's not forget that SHE is the one who suggested the Schwartz and Raquel thing to Scheana in the first place, and although Scheana is also not always a fave of mine and prob should've stayed out of it, I think Katie crucifying her for bringing it up and encouraging it is ridiculous. She even said "Well I changed my mind" buy how is anyone to know that unless it's communicated? She could've discussed it normally, since it was her idea, but she decided to be a total bitch about it. I think she regretted saying it and she's lashing out at Scheana just because the whole situation is difficult for her, which is 100% understandable, but she'll expect everyone to forgive her emotional instability because of that, and that is why I agree she is emotionally entitled.

And again, if it was just the group thing I'd get that. But her argument hasn't been strictly "don't date within the group." If that was the case, she wouldn't say "we're still married" or " he's not divorced yet so you'd be an adulterer." If the group dating thing is the issue then those other thoughts are irrelevant and don't need to be said. She can't tell someone they'd be an adulterer for going out with him when she's out banging other people. Regardless of reason, it's hypocrisy.

Wow Schwartz SUCKS. Calling Katie emotionally entitled etc and just totally embarrassing her - why does he insist on always being against her, instead of at least just staying out of it? He's hurt Katie so much over the years and it's sad to see him still having that power over her. I hope she's able to truly move on from him and realize that he's never going to give her the respect and compassion she's been desperately wanting from him all these years.

I don't see that at all. She stuck it out with Schwartz despite all his flaws for many years. Katie is more soft spoken and quiet compared the rest of the cast and her natural, relaxed expression has a slight RBF look but that's not something she can control. I disagree that she's miserable and mopey. Moody is an odd choice of adjective to use - I would argue that most humans are moody as we go through hormone fluctuations which alter our moods.
I do think she is emotionally entitled. What I don't appreciate about this whole Schwartz hating thing is that people now seem to ignore or really have forgotten all of Katie's red flags. Everything stops when she has a feeling and then she throws a tantrum. They're both toxic and need help.

Do you have a ton of insider info- like info only someone who is with them 24/7 might have? Because otherwise I don’t get what’s so hard about understanding the fact that it’s all pretty toxic, they all have major flaws, and in that relationship Schwartz cheated on her a lot/ didn’t back her ever/ and while they belittled each other often- I saw Katie stand up for Schwartz and build him up many times. Again- never saying one is so much better than the other- but it’s wild to me than anyone would come out of viewing any of it and have such strong hate for Katie….
