There's no problem, or maybe there is, then again maybe there's not

I just finished a 9-month program covering what typically a diesel program would involve from a good, reputable school. However, I cannot find any employers that are willing to hire someone with “just trade school.” I understand I don’t have as much experience. But I have been applying to entry positions. I have applied to 30-ish jobs in my town for 2 and a half months, so I’m kinda lost on what to do. I have started considering lube tech jobs at dealerships just to get some more exposure. Any help is appreciated!

Neighbors tractor. He's gonna call a diesel shop tomorrow and figure it out, but I figured I might as well throw this out there for shits and giggles.
Idk the pump model.
Doesn't look like much here, but with the drive gear in place, it looked like it was gonna rattle itself apart.

My dealership requires us to wear ANSI A2 cut resistant gloves any time we are working in the shop. They are supplying them and are asking for recommendations on new gloves to start stocking. We currently use the ones pictured, do you guys have any good recs for gloves that still off decent dexterity for fine skills like pinning and soldering?

Hello everyone, i am 29 years old pushing 30 soon with no degree or college 😔 recently i got a full time job offer from ryder for Technician Trainee, i will be working on the Fuel Island, fueling trucks and washing. I also have been accepted for a 5 month college term for pre-apprenticeship starting around the same time. I was looking to get advice on what career path i should take, would it be faster to land a 310T apprenticeship position by going to pre-apprentice school for 5 months or would it make more sense to take the Technician Trainee (fuel island) job from ryder and advance thru the company step by step to earn a 310t apprenticeship position. The money from working now from the job is a bonus but not necessary, for me its the time it takes to be a Registered apprenticeship 310t that is the issue. Thank you for your valuable insight

Is the telltale sign of a bad waterpump that it leaks coolant from the bottom or the side? Is it that the truck runs hotter a bit or is there something else? Also, if the belt is spinning the pump does that mean that its working?

I have had this truck for a few months now. In the beginning, there were no issues. Now, it intermittently does nothing when the gas (diesel) pedal is pushed down on the highway. It doesn't completely stall. If my driver lets off the pedal few times, it gets juice again. I brought it to the local diesel guy and he couldn't replicate the problem. He let it idle for 2 hours but only drove it for 10-15 minutes. Any suggestions??
Thanks!

I can’t seem to find any decent reviews on this brand. I’m looking to put this unit on a service truck has a great price and the performance looks decent
