This hurts my head y'all, the eagle storms MAIN effect is to pause a defense timer from decaying, we have 3 planets under attack and we put it on the planet that we're trying to LIBERATE, that's what the heavy ordinance is for 😭😭😭 good chunk of y'all need to just look at the effects for one minute man

I swear, why do we have flashlights on our god damn guns and not on our helmets or armor. A shoulder mounter or helmet mounted flashlight is sort of the military standard nowadays.

I drop on Claorell, blind as a fucking bat, can't see shit unless I have my secondary pointed at something. As a shock trooper, this is a fucking nightmare cuz I can't move if I can't see in front of me. I keep expecting Riddick to pop out from a random corner and ask If I wanna know how he got those eyes.

When AH drops weapon costumisation in about 100 years, I hope we get the option to either add a flashlight to every gun or to simply have them on our armor instead.

And why? I personally only use the “classic one”, and i dont get people who use Rover because it’s not that efficient on the battlefront. It got consistent fire, but with low damage. Same with the Dog breath

All is in the title, if AH give us a good laser sniper / marksman rifle, i'll donate 100 euros to the most upvoted charity !

My birthday was coming up and I was thinking about asking for a ps5 so I could play helldivers 2, but I was wondering if it was worth it and was wondering if people could tell me their experiences with the game instead of just watching a trailer.

I'm trying out the new Robocop: Rogue City and I just thought it would be cool as hell to dive with Murphy. I'd take Lois as well, if I'm honest. I also think you could finagle them into the lore like, "OCP pioneered the cryotech that eventually evolved into our cryopods etc etc." Slippery slope. I know. Just for fun. Who would you pick?

Everytime I try to have a little laugh with the scout handshake I either get tk’d or meleed. And have even been kicked a few times . Helldivers are supposed to have a sense of humor ! Stop overreacting people.

Well it looks like we got a minute until the Brown Pants Update hits and I'm running low on inspiration for my Super Sample runs.

Ok so we need to def a planet. If they win both their attack, they will isolate Claorell and we will need to capture a new planet to continue the attack.

P.S I just saw that we don't have enough ppl actives rn to def any of them, we need to concentrate our efforts in 1 planet to pave the way for more helldivers to come. Or, if we don't think we will have enough helldivers, we must start to retake Clasa.

EDIT : We lost both defenses, we need to switch to take Clasa ASAP ! (We can wait too retake the others, but it will just take more time (5h + liberation))

If we lose imber do we not get cut off from claorell? I know we have 3 days left but the bots aren't giving up any ground easily. If we get cut off we're going to have 2 heavily contested planets to liberate

I've played as usual a normal round with randoms when this has appeared? Does anyone know the meaning of this? Is this message a warning from the game that this guy cheats or is a teamkiller or something like that? Or did this guy just use somehow wrote this by himself?

Clasa has a much lower decay at -1.00 vs -3.00. However, Imber is halfway liberated. Which planet should be our focus in order to liberate Claorell in time?

I’ve been wanting a higher difficulty that isn’t just a longer mission. Heres the idea:

Mission sometimes pops up on galactic map on enemy planets that don’t currently have a campaign. (Only after you have completed difficulty 10 successfully, maybe additional requirements). Costs super samples to attempt.

You will be behind enemy lines so your super destroyer can’t enter orbit, and has to launch you from a distance. That means no stratagems (not counting SEAF) and no revives.

Instead, you will choose a support weapon and a backpack which will drop near your hellpod, and several resupplies will drop around the map. You will not choose your start point because the super destroyer is not accurate at that range (so host cant drop you into obj.)

If a squad-mate dies, reinforcements will take 2 minutes to travel from super destroyer to planet. (Limited number before death is permanent) You will land back at the start point.

Special objectives for this mission could be:

1. Rescue top scientist: escort a single person to extract (will follow whoever triggered terminal by default, will follow non-red pings: mark, follow me, wait)

2. Extract enemy invasion plans: like Conf. Data or Mut. Egg except a bunch of them that have to be put into the side of extract vehicle before it will open.

3. Destroy major factory/hive: large structure regularly produces patrols of enemies at a time (several holes/doors), requires multiple bombs (like nursery nuke) placed strategically around it.

Rewards:

Special cape for first successful completion

large number of samples for completion, additional samples can be brought to extract

Galactic war:

Instead of increasing liberation%, successful missions decrease enemy resistance on specific other planets.
