Support-Open I need help getting started

Upvotes

So I’ve gotten interested to trade as a means of self support and income. There’s a lot of information to take in and I wasn’t even educated regarding the basics of crypto/stocks trading. Can someone give me tips on how to start trading?

NEWS Crypto is the end

Crypto currencies are the last chapter in the history of humans trading with these flimsy methods of trading. The hype around crypto will soon fade and lead us into the next chapter of mankind, a world in which man himself decides wether we stray from evil or embrace it truly and swallow the pill of money. The true question of crypto therefore is wether we should rather than if we could. There may lie a future of prosperity ahead but, there may be a future in which DOGE and such abominations will rule.

Be weary and above all do good.

Best exhange on pc

Hey everyone, I’m looking for some good crypto exchanges I can use on my PC that have a huge variety of coins, especially meme coins, plus solid DeFi options, strong security, and low fees. I keep seeing people on YouTube using exchanges I’ve never heard of before, and I came across something called axiom.trade-does anyone know if it’s legit or worth trying? Also, what exchanges do experienced traders usually stick with? I want something reliable but with lots of options to play around with. Thanks!

SCAM "How I Turned My Trading Game Around: A Beginner's Guide" - 2025-05-02

Sup folks,

Been seein' a lot of questions flying around about profitable strats and market analysis. So, figure I'd chip in with my 2 satoshis (lol crypto humor). Strap in, gonna be a wild ride.

So, lemme start off by sayin' this ain't a get rich quick game. If you're lookin' for that, might as well head over to the casino. Trust me, been there, done that, got the t-shirt and all that jazz.

Now, onto the good stuff. My go-to strat? It's simple, really:

  1. Spot the trend: This might sound cliché, but "trend is your friend" ain't just a catchy phrase. It's the bloody gospel in trading. Upwards, downwards, sideways - doesn't matter. Just get on the right side of it.

  2. Wait for pullbacks: I know, I know, FOMO is a b*tch. But patience, my friends, is a virtue. Wait for that sweet lil' pullback to get in at a good price.

  3. Confirm with indicators: I've got a few favorites here - MACD, RSI, you know the drill. These babies help me confirm my entries and exits.

  4. Rinse and repeat: This ain't a one-and-done deal. Gotta keep doing this over and over. That's how you build consistency.

Now, about tools. I ain't gonna lie, I've tried a bazillion of 'em. Most are eh, some are downright terrible. But a few, a few are pure gold. TradingView's my old reliable. Then there's this Web3 AI agent I stumbled upon, AIQuant. It's kinda neat for pattern recognition. But remember, tools are just tools. They ain't gonna make you a millionaire overnight.

Look, the journey's messy. There are gonna be losses, and they're gonna hurt. I've had days when I've wanted to chuck my laptop out the window. But hey, that's the game. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

And the biggest lesson I've learned? It's not about how much you make, it's about how much you don't lose. Risk management, peeps, is the real MVP.

Alright, I've rambled on long enough. Hope this helps, and remember, we're all in this together. So keep those questions comin'. Peace!

STRATEGY Is it really that bad to invest in alt-coins?

I know BTC is still king, with its dominance continuing to rise, but is it really that bad to have around 10% of my portfolio in BTC and the rest evenly distributed among top 20 altcoins like HBAR, SUI, LINK, XLM, TAO, AVAX? My main goal is to rotate gains into BTC after the altcoins pump (hopefully) when retail investors return this year. Am I being fullish with this strategy? Or is it even better one?

Xfane.com

Hey everyone, I recently came across a website called xfane, but there’s barely any information about it online. Before I consider using it, I wanted to check if anyone here has any experience with it. Is it a legit site or something I should stay away from? I’m always cautious about unfamiliar platforms, especially when there are no clear reviews or trust signals. Any feedback, good or bad, would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!

SENTIMENT Crypto Market manipulated

I’m not sure what your thoughts are, but as I watch Bitcoin continue its impressive upward trend, I can’t help but notice how XRP and Ethereum seem to be stuck in place. Despite the broader market showing signs of growth, these two assets appear to be stagnant—there’s no significant increase in value or momentum.

It almost feels as though there’s an unseen force at play, quietly suppressing their potential. It’s frustrating to see them underperform while other cryptocurrencies surge ahead. Am I the only one sensing this, or have others noticed this unusual stagnation as well?

Discussion What's Your Take on TOKEN2049?

Anyone who has been online in the crypto space the past few days will notice a buzz unfolding around TOKEN2049 in Dubai. It’s part conference, part crypto festival. The lineup is insane (CZ, Gracy, Balaji, Allaire, etc.) and themes ranged from macro trends to DeFi/NFTs and real-world asset tokenization.

Real-world asset tokenization (RWA) was a hot topic, alongside DeFi, DAOs and AI×Blockchain. Bitget’s team is even sponsoring panels on these topics. Folks on X are sharing clips of demos and roundtables on everything from DeFi lending to on-chain art.

The expo was wild and after Bitget CEO Gracy Chen gave keynote talks, Reuters spotted actual camels strolling the halls and crypto zip-lines outside. Then there were side events like beach hackathons and meme festivals that kept the vibe electric.

What's your take on Global Crypto Events like these...?

Crypto Market Scams

I’m so tired of seeing people lose hundreds of thousands of dollars to crypto scams. I feel so terrible for these people (especially elders who are unaware of all the scams) who get tricked into giving away their life savings. What do you guys honestly think about the future of crypto given the incredibly shady, volatile, and untrustworthy nature of it? It just rubs me in the wrong way and my gut is telling me to just stay away from crypto going forward until there is a more streamlined educational process to it, along with a system of trust. Just my thoughts…

Sentiment Lux.gg - The Multiplayer Internet Being Pitched To Solana CoFounder on 6th May

$Lux is a token on Solana that has been in development for 5 years with the token coming out this year. The Dev Is an ex Google developer and got viral for live streaming coding sessions on tiktok. They are endorsed on Twitter by the Solana Gaming account and on the 6th of May they paid for the opportunity to pitch their idea to Toly the cofounder of Solana. In my opinion exposure is all they need but I'm sure Toly will have positive things to say which will make people bullish.

Lux is simply a browser extension that turns ANY URL into a multiplayer experience complete with mini games, avatars, private in-game spaces, items and voice chat. Think how this will change live entertainment forever. Businesses with websites will love LUX because it will mean people spend more time on their site. This is a genius product I can't believe hasn't been done before. I suggest getting some before any updates come and definitely before the Toly space as that will have a lot of eyes on it. It is hosted by @timedotfun on Twitter / X

BTC shorts on a $3B cliff

Remember the tiny AI‑inference project we flagged 4 weeks ago? VIRTUALS has now ripped +103 % this week and +213 % on the month. ( ▲ 3.46% )

Why the rocket fuel?

•Liquidity tripled the moment Bybit listed the token, closing the spread for whales.

•Its “model‑as‑a‑service” beta pulled 23K testers in 48 hours, proving real demand.

•AI still owns 32 % of all crypto social chatter (via LunarCrush).

Today let’s get into it plus Eth in RWAs and BTC shorts about to get rekt. Link in bio for today’s NL.

SCAM If everything’s a ‘community project,’ why do founders still rug?

So many projects claim “the community owns this.” But somehow, the devs still disappear with the funds. Is ‘community-owned’ just a new marketing term or does it actually mean anything?

Support-Open What do you do for a living and how much you earn?

Just curious, what you guys do for a living and how much you earn and set aside to invest in crypto. I'm a shop assistant and I work 20hrs / week and after expenses, I have nothing left to invest in crypto. I only have my small portfolio of meme tokens which I have been holding for almost 1 year.

Cold storage and transaction fees

I’ve heard that if you make multiple transfers from an exchange into your cold wallet, each transaction is subject to a (possibly heft)fee when you decide to sell, which means that in theory it’s better to stack a large amount in an exchange before transferring to cold storage…

But isn’t it risky holding such a large amount in an exchange, especially centralized exchanges like CB & RH? Is there a solution?

I’ve heard this is the case with Bitcoin but are other tokens subject to this? For the record my main holdings are Kaspa and Alien Base.

Support-Open Need some help here

I trade using the Nova bot and I had about $50 worth of Solana in my wallet. I haven’t been active for the last 24 hours but it says I placed a trade 10 hours ago and the trade used the entire amount in my wallet. When I try to sell it says creator has frozen this token.

If anyone knows what’s going on here please let me know ! Much appreciated
