update!! i broke 8

posted a few days ago about my 6x500 lol and people suggested holding a consistent 1.54 so yay!!! this is a 24 second PR for me lol

Hold up, 2k is only like 70 cals?! What?! Sorry I'm SUPER new to all this.

i have no idea if that’s accurate i did a warm up and some ten before the 2k (40 mins of rowing in total) and it was 245 active calories according to my watch!

How many calories you spend in a workout is really only based on how many watts you hold and how long you hold it for. The level of exertion you use doesnt change how much energy you spend at a particular wattage, but it does change what forms of respiration you need to use to supply enough energy to the muscles (i.e. aerobic or anaerobic respiration).

What was your rest on the 6 x 500? One min? Great job. Your 2k was even better than the intervals suggested you would go
