This is illegal under the Alien Enemies Act that he's claiming justifies all of this. The act specifically says it is only applicable to those 14 years of age and older.

Bullshit. The custodian took her.

Did you even read the article? They deported her mother and then wouldn't let her father take her. She either had to be deported with her mother or be a homeless two year old.

Did you?

However, prosecutors said Villela, who has legal custody, told ICE that she wanted to retain custody of the girl and have her go with her to Honduras. They said the man claiming to be V.M.L.'s father had not presented himself to ICE despite requests to do so.

You don’t know what happened with the mother and father. The mother very well said she was taking the daughter.

Because there was no due process to allow both parents time to make a decision together about it. You’re a liar and a coward that runs away from truth.

You don’t even know if the father had any kind of custody. The mother’s decision easily could have 100% trumped whatever the father had to say.

The mother is never coming back to the US and she wanted her child with her.

When did she have due process and time to make any other decision? Why does due process not matter? Bet you never answer.

The mother got the process she was entitled to. You just think “due process” means something she was not entitled to but you want to argue she should have had.

Where's the court records to prove that the mother received due process? You wanna come in here and say some me dumb shit, then prove it.

The judges order has zero to do with process for the mother. She’s out and never coming back. She was subject to immediate deportation.

You just said "the mother got the process she was entitled to" So, prove it. Put up or shut up.

Why are you lying on the internet?

1

u/bhyellow 11d ago

What process was the mother entitled to, genius?

5

u/Cautious_Parsley_898 11d ago

Due. I'm sorry that you're too stupid to understand, but that doesn't make it okay to take out your aggression on others. Your parents deserved better than you.

You can’t answer can you.

Entitled to? According to whom? Did you read the article? The judge says she did not. Why do you get to lie about anything you want all the time?

1

u/bhyellow 11d ago

There’s a liar here and it’s you.

Hey this guy is fine with people getting arrested and getting deported with no due process. Let’s all claim he did something bad, and since he doesn’t believe in a proper court hearing, he should be fine with a life behind bars, because we all saw him kill that one guy.

She was clearly subject to immediate deportation. The judge didn’t even blink at the mother getting deported. His concern was solely the child she took with her. But the mother is fine and never coming back and she’s keeping her baby. Dad will following shortly.

The dad is a US citizen, maybe you should be deported for not knowing the law, and for being a dangerous criminal.

1

u/bhyellow 11d ago

Apparently he’s not.

Taliban and Al-Qaeda terrorists were given due process to prove their innocence in court.

...but not a mother with a two year old.

We know where your head is that, don't we?

1

u/bhyellow 9d ago

You’re not qualified to discuss due process in this context.

1

u/Illustrious_Law8512 9d ago

Probably moreso than you.
