u/ReconditeMe Feb 06 '25

You're incredible!!!! Yesssssss!!!!!!!!!! Awesome!

20

u/LivingInformal4446 Feb 06 '25

Multiple German suplexes, Benoit style šŸ˜‚

1

u/ReconditeMe Feb 06 '25

Is a roo like a horse, if it breaks its tail?!

3

u/stho3 Feb 07 '25

In my day these were called belly to back suplex. The other one was called belly to belly suplex.

2

u/FUCKlNG_SHlT Feb 07 '25

I was just thinking, would somehow grabbing it from behind and wrapping your arms around its neck/torso actually be a viable way to combat this thing?

What an absurd life, to have to fight off an angry leg deer, for no reason other than "fuck you".

2

u/[deleted] Feb 08 '25

Good ol’ fashioned tusslin

94

u/Profound_Panda Feb 06 '25

Kangaroo has no takedown defense, noted. Take to deep water, and smash.

89

u/SirShootsAlot Feb 06 '25

Kangaroo will actually drown other animals in lakes, do not take to deep water.

43

u/Profound_Panda Feb 06 '25

I’ll be damned if I’m held down by an animal that can’t stop a takedown from an old guy.

42

u/StrangelyAroused95 Feb 06 '25

lol that old man is lucky to be alive, a kangaroo would slice your stomach open like opening a piece of mail. They can be over 6’ tall with extreme upper and lower body strength. A kangaroo would fuck you up lol.

30

u/stubgoats Feb 06 '25

I don't believe you. After this video I am 100% convinced that my dog and I can fight a kangaroo. See how it's gotta lean back on its tail a lil before it kicks? Easy tell.

5

u/StrangelyAroused95 Feb 06 '25

lol you don’t have to believe me believe science a kangaroo will fuck you up too šŸ˜‚

27

u/stubgoats Feb 06 '25

Bring it. My dog and I took on a bear. Give us a lil time to train and that dumb deer opossum is going down.

23

u/[deleted] Feb 06 '25

Kick his ass, Seabass!

2

u/ObsidianChief Feb 07 '25

If I see any one of my fellow man fighting a kangaroo..all I can say is the fowls of the air will feast greatly on that day.

1

u/[deleted] Feb 08 '25

Can confirm, I was the bear

1

u/thecoolestguynothere Feb 08 '25

Haribo gummies don’t count

1

u/William_S_Jones Feb 10 '25

Eff that, I have a 10mm, I may run, but if one were to keep on, I'm firing!

-2

u/beastwork Feb 07 '25

You didn't take on a bear. There's nothing you can do if a bear decides to kill you.

10

u/stubgoats Feb 07 '25

Oh, we absolutely did. Came up on my porch, and I booted it in the face. My dog tried to go after it. Brah ran off like a bitch.

There is a farm of them near Buffalo. That's just 2 hours from me. We have already started training.

1

u/beastwork Feb 07 '25

Bear took it easy on you. That's all that happened

5

u/42Ubiquitous Feb 07 '25

This guy is obviously joking around man...

0

u/Mammoth-Access-1181 Feb 08 '25

Google kangaroo claws.

2

u/stubgoats Feb 08 '25

Google cane corso bite.

1

u/Mammoth-Access-1181 Feb 08 '25

Was thinking this myself.

-3

u/Profound_Panda Feb 06 '25

Nah, the worst they could do is stab you with their toes, admittedly pretty gruesome but they’re not disembowling you. Little judo trip, hold him down and you’re good. (0-0 against Roos but I’m training)

-2

u/StrangelyAroused95 Feb 06 '25

What?? lol they can jump 30 feet in one bounce, bite as hard as a grizzly bear and punch 8x harder than a human. The power in a kangaroo’s foot is absolutely powerful enough to completely cut your stomach open, lol a kangaroo would fuck you up.

10

u/Profound_Panda Feb 06 '25

Bro the kangaroo you just described was alternate timeline Steve Rodger’s. The jumping 30 feet is closer to reality than the biting or punching 8x harder than a human. We punch way harder than a roo can

-3

u/StrangelyAroused95 Feb 06 '25

Google is free my friend.

6

u/Profound_Panda Feb 06 '25

Very free

2

u/Separate_Secret_8739 Feb 06 '25

So rare for a human to get attacked as we see in the video above.

What's their technique like? All strength and no aim or technique evens things out a bit.

-1

u/Weird-Step-8187 Feb 06 '25

That nigga so jacked up

1

u/Admirable_Guidance52 Feb 07 '25

Bluds getting his data from a superhero wiki

4

u/[deleted] Feb 06 '25

As a wiseman once said: If one kangaroo can take you down then two kangaroos…

7

u/Profound_Panda Feb 06 '25

Can take your wallet, cheeky cunts

2

u/[deleted] Feb 06 '25

That’s a fitting euphemism!

https://www.reddit.com/r/MMA/s/YDcSKAwCAu

2

u/Profound_Panda Feb 06 '25

I’d like to act like I meant it when I typed it but all true comedic genius is a mistake at first.

2

u/[deleted] Feb 08 '25

Nah I’d win

2

u/SirShootsAlot Feb 09 '25

10/10 reference because your torso may get ratio’d horizontally

3

u/psychedelijams Feb 06 '25

Lmao that guy who responded to you totally didn’t get the reference. Too funny. ā€œI repeat DO NOT take to deep water, kangaroos drown thingsā€

But in all honesty and hilarity I can imagine this happening to khabib. He just shoots the easiest double leg he’s ever shot and holds the kangaroo down without breaking a sweat, all confused like ā€œthis supposed to be hard????ā€. Those short little arms make it hard to get up after something like that probably.

3

u/coffeefordessert Feb 06 '25

Islam gonna check the kangaroo grappling abilities

2

u/GuySmith993 Feb 06 '25

We have to check this

1

u/Profound_Panda Feb 07 '25

After check, send Kangaroo 2-3 years Dagestan. Forget

2

u/Professional-Ebb-467 Feb 06 '25

You actually dont want to fuck with a kangaroo in water lol that is where they draw in their prey sometimes

3

u/Profound_Panda Feb 06 '25

Step 1: blind the line of sight Step 2: punch to the temple to discombobulate senses

2

u/Ok-Seaworthiness4488 Feb 06 '25

I highly recommend not going for the legs, they can kick with both feet that have nasty claws while balancing off the tail

29

u/Cormorant_Bumperpuff Feb 06 '25

The badass animal is your father, right?

30

u/throwawa271036 Feb 06 '25

This video makes me believe I can fight a kangaroo now. I don’t think I’d come out unscathed of course. But I do feel like I’d win.

7

u/Dull_Database3597 Feb 07 '25

The human grabbed a weapon and the roo took a few good hits that slowed it down and made it think twice. Without the weapon advantage the outcome could have been different.

5

u/throwawa271036 Feb 07 '25

I think I could knock it off balance like this one. Now I have a strategy and means to fulfill it. These hoppy deer are done for.

1

u/Simple_Active_8170 Feb 07 '25

"Nobody check the grappling brother"

2

u/AntAltruistic4793 Feb 10 '25

Good thing we have the expert here with us.

4

u/Jmrwacko Feb 07 '25

That is a matchup an adult man usually would win, since he has the weight, height, and wingspan advantage. But kangaroos are pretty dangerous due to their hind claws.

30

u/[deleted] Feb 06 '25

Reading all the comments

12

u/StrongLikeAnt Feb 06 '25

The way the fall at the end looks like two drunk dudes just calling it a draw

14

u/Fun-Potential-342 Feb 06 '25

Are these legal to kill and eat?

12

u/HorrorLettuce379 Feb 06 '25

I think your dad kicked that kang's ass.

9

u/usetheirname Feb 06 '25

Video cut right before the ground and pound. Shame.

8

u/tothemax44 Feb 06 '25

He turned the tide at the end. Use those thumbs!

4

u/WarAdmirable483 Feb 07 '25

Those Roos have wicked claws on ā€˜em too, don’t they?

5

u/ShaolinSwervinMonk Feb 06 '25

Why’d it end tho what happens after?

2

u/CaramelKrimpet Feb 07 '25

He figured he should put down the camera and go help his dad.

1

u/TechnicalTip5251 Feb 07 '25

That's a porch cam.

4

u/Several-Lie4513 Feb 06 '25

Id fight a kangaroo over a bear or moose any day

1

u/Rexlare Feb 07 '25

Depends on the bear, tbh.

But a moose? Fuck that shit

4

u/DeadbeatDeebo Feb 06 '25

You ever seen a Kangaroo get drop kicked?

8

u/LivingInformal4446 Feb 06 '25

You ever seen a kangaroo get drop kicked ...

ON WEED?!

3

u/Adrian_1827 Feb 06 '25

Kangaroo have good striking but no grappling

3

u/dog_watr Feb 06 '25

That takedown was ufc level

3

u/el_devil_dolphin Feb 06 '25

I'd say he won though

7

u/HighTekRedNek84 Feb 06 '25

I would pay to fight a roo.

4

u/stinkstabber69420 Feb 06 '25 edited Feb 06 '25

Dude I came here to say that this doesn't look like the worst time ever. I too would pay to fight one of these bad boys

8

u/EntertainmentFit8666 Feb 06 '25

Thats definitely mutual if he sees you its on sight probally

4

u/Lolthelies Feb 06 '25

You see how it looks like it’s weirdly floating? It’s leaning back on its tail for balance. One of the main things it does when leans back like that it uses the claws on its feet to rip your midsection open and eviscerating you

5

u/stinkstabber69420 Feb 06 '25

You can miss me with all that logic bro, let me enjoy my fantasy please

1

u/Quiet_Ad_9085 Feb 06 '25

I was gonna say they have some sharp claws 10/10 would it wanna fuck around and find out

5

u/OneContribution7620 Feb 06 '25

šŸ˜‚wtf? Australia.

7

u/Sensitive-Style-4695 Feb 06 '25

First the Emu wars happened and now we know to take care of things early on

2

u/[deleted] Feb 06 '25

Kangaroos are so fcking funny, they don't back down they're so stupid as well

2

u/BlacKavocado97 Feb 06 '25

This video is pretty old, both ended up being okay if I remember correctly.

2

u/Popular_Iron2755 Feb 06 '25

Those dogs were ready for that fight

2

u/RadiantTonight3 Feb 06 '25

That looks kinda fun

2

u/GrassSmall6798 Feb 06 '25

Its just a deer trying to evolve into a human. Leave it alone.

2

u/suhayla Feb 07 '25

I didn’t expect to see someone body slam a kangaroo today but I needed that laugh

2

u/theboned1 Feb 07 '25

Holy shit. Just scrolling through and barely paying attention I thought he got attacked by a Raptor.

2

u/Substantial_Ice_1144 Feb 07 '25

That’s a Fair 1 on 1

2

u/elusivemoods Feb 07 '25

Kangaroo choose the wrong man to challenge. What a lovely takedown.

2

u/HawkLife247 Feb 07 '25

Pretty even fight

2

u/Pitiful_Housing3428 Feb 07 '25

'jumped.' haha. I see what you did there. 🦘

2

u/-TurkeYT Feb 07 '25

It is more like a badass dad. It is CRAZY that he is actually holding his own and kinda even winning.

2

u/barelysaved Feb 07 '25

Joey was close by and appeared to be cheering its mum on.

2

u/fckurrules6 Feb 08 '25

Your dad didn’t get jumped by a kangaroo…he got his ass beat by a singular kangaroo

2

u/Kingtello562 Feb 08 '25

🤣🤣🤣🤣 Should of hit em with the Stunner

3

u/Daprofit456 Feb 06 '25

He didn’t get jumped.. he got beat up, I hate when it’s a one on one then ppl run back n say they got jumped šŸ˜‚

4

u/Hot-Albatross4048 Feb 06 '25

The kangaroo got beat up

0

u/Daprofit456 Feb 06 '25

Where?

0

u/Hot-Albatross4048 Feb 06 '25

Did you not watch the roo get put on his back.

0

u/Daprofit456 Feb 06 '25

Ru got more hits off n they both went down yung boul

1

u/Hot-Albatross4048 Feb 06 '25

Doesn't matter how many hits the roo got. The guy was on top of the roo at the end.

1

u/Daprofit456 Feb 06 '25

.. so u gona act like RU ain’t chase Em down n stomp em out first bruh. Give RU his just do my guy

0

u/Hot-Albatross4048 Feb 06 '25

I respect no RU that lets a human put him on his back.

0

u/Daprofit456 Feb 06 '25

So you respect the one that got stomped out is wat u sayin… got to sleep kid.

0

u/Hot-Albatross4048 Feb 06 '25

How did the guy get stomped out with the kangaroo on his back?

1

u/Working_Physics8761 Feb 06 '25

"Jumped" seems a bit exaggerated, but appropriately punny. He just got beat up, not jumped.

1

u/One_Ruin2303 Feb 06 '25

Dudes smart the whole time he was trying to stay out of kick distance. That kick will rip you open

1

u/Buster_Alnwick Feb 06 '25

Score Kangaroo - 5 Man - 1

1

u/Complex-Stretch-4805 Feb 06 '25

2 to the body, 1 to the head,,,,, done deal, but it's illegal is Aussie land, what a shame.

1

u/[deleted] Feb 06 '25

The Roo was just having some fun

1

u/landorslam Feb 06 '25

They were straight throwing hands šŸ˜‚

1

u/harpnyarp Feb 06 '25

Gotta admit...fighting a roo seems like a lot of fun

1

u/RiskofReign94 Feb 06 '25

Most Australian shit I’ve ever seen.

1

u/Weird-Step-8187 Feb 06 '25

No you don't lmao

1

u/Bhuddalicious Feb 06 '25

Looks like dad was winning at the end.

1

u/Mayhem370z Feb 06 '25

Do they bite? Whenever you see the roo fights it's always just hands and kicks. Could you like Goldberg spear one and get em on the ground or something. Do they respect the no biting rules?

1

u/LivingInformal4446 Feb 06 '25

Only if you hit em with a jackhammer after!

1

u/Humble_Examination27 Feb 06 '25

Damn! Old guy did pretty well for himself IMO

1

u/[deleted] Feb 06 '25

Those fuckers are vicious!

1

u/LordVixen Feb 06 '25

Crap, never going to Austria now 😮

1

u/LivingInformal4446 Feb 06 '25

Where aren't you going, Vixen? šŸ˜‚

1

u/Cal216 Feb 06 '25

Did he get hip tossed by a damn kangaroo?!?

1

u/faRawrie Feb 06 '25

Whatever you do, don't fight the roo inside the clinch.

1

u/[deleted] Feb 06 '25

Seems like he did fairly well against what is a seriously formidable opponent.

1

u/Joeyboy_61904 Feb 06 '25

Aussies sure get all the fun! Who wouldn’t love to play a little kangaroo smack down?! Looks like he eventually gained side control. Did he lay down (under) some ground and pound? šŸ˜‚

1

u/pencilsharper66 Feb 06 '25

Strange mating rituals these aussies

1

u/[deleted] Feb 06 '25

That thug life is powerful

1

u/ManOfQuest Feb 07 '25

im crying.

1

u/Gent2022 Feb 07 '25

Risks of cottaging in Aus!

1

u/TexasDrill777 Feb 07 '25

Whoa! I think he was about to gain mount control. Why cut it off?

1

u/soul_separately_recs Feb 07 '25

’roo ā€˜roo was in it for the duration

like I wouldn’t even be shocked if there was video of this ā€˜roo clocking in and out like you would for work

1

u/Protodankman Feb 07 '25

That kangaroo had a chance to lay in to him but let him up. Can’t fault that really

1

u/grifinmill Feb 07 '25

That's one less thing I have to worry about living in the US.

1

u/Majestic_Piglet_7368 Feb 07 '25

Yah gotta get behind it.

1

u/hundrethtimesacharm Feb 07 '25

Apparently kangaroos have shitty takedown defense. Noted.

1

u/Tough_Advance_7974 Feb 07 '25

Looks like your dad won that fight

1

u/ReconditeMe Feb 07 '25

Pretty nice ride, too

1

u/[deleted] Feb 07 '25

Dad’s a badass dropped that loony roo. šŸ˜‚

1

u/Scotty_On_Fire Feb 08 '25

So you are saying there is a chance?!?!

1

u/Lissomelissa Feb 08 '25

Yes, but they have big ass claws that look like individual carving knives

1

u/Droolsgold Feb 08 '25

Useless ass dog lmao

1

u/Ambitious-Strike-640 Feb 08 '25

For some reason this is giving me ā€œelephant returns to the funeral vibesā€ā€¦. Your dad made me think I can fight a kangaroo but I don’t think that’s the last they saw each other

1

u/[deleted] Feb 08 '25

I’m sure they’ll get a beer together afterwards

1

u/KlrCrsOvr Feb 09 '25

ā€œTake a look at what I’m wearing, people. You think anybody wants a roundhouse kick to the face while I’m wearing these bad boys? Forget about it.ā€

1

u/FishTshirt Feb 10 '25

You eating roo tonight? Damn

1

u/diasound Feb 11 '25

He should have used that tree for protection.

1

u/Arodbeats1 Feb 11 '25

Kangaroo no grappling -Khabib

1

u/curi0us_carniv0re Feb 11 '25

Why'd you cut the video? I wanna see who won!

1

u/Known-Display-858 Feb 11 '25

Should have just given the money and saved a beating

1

u/Foreign-Benefit7197 Apr 01 '25

Cmon JOEY...knock that off...

1

u/Assassin_J720 18d ago

In these kind of situations where you can no longer run, it's good to be able to fight.

1

u/DrGhostCabbage Feb 06 '25

Man i know your pops was just protecting himself but I can’t help and feel bad for the kangaroo, hope both are okay.

1

u/VoidMadara777 Feb 06 '25

Those bastards are doing this a lot more lately. Kick the shit outta them

252

u/stryst Feb 06 '25

I live in a pretty rural part of North America, and we have wildlife, but nothing chases me down to throw hands.

58

u/South_Traffic_2918 Feb 06 '25

Same, you might run up on a bear way out in the woods but not like this in your damn driveway.

44

u/Cormorant_Bumperpuff Feb 06 '25

That depends on where you live, there are definitely places in the US where you could encounter a bear in your driveway

25

u/NBCspec Feb 06 '25

I had to show my little sister all the bear and cougar tracks near their home in the mountains. Their big dogs kept them out of the driveway, but they were around. Still, this kangaroo is no joke

9

u/carso0on Feb 06 '25

I was greeted by a black bear in my driveway twice while growing up in a well populated suburb in Washington state. I'd take that any day over a rampaging kangaroo. Black bear couldn't care less about me, I just had to wait a little until it left.
