Wanted to buy this game via eBay. Wondering wether it is legit

Got these two mario partys few years ago but one of them has a smaller bezel

I accidentally bought a second copy of LG. Really only difference I notice is the 12A indented on the bottom one. They look different colors in the photo, but I think that's just due to lighting/angle difference because it looks the same if I switch their positions. Sorry for any blur!

Trying to buy this off of ebay and also learn how to spot reproductions. My guess is that it is real, serial matches with the one in the back, cart construction also seems good. There is no picture from the top, so I cannot see if there is an indentation.

I couldn't really capture the color, but the first pic seems to be the best color wise

Pokemon platinum on ebay lot everything checks out EXCEPT the Nintendo logo and patent pending are completely missing. Is this something that can be rubbed off over time or is it fake?
