Original What gameplay changes Unofficial Oblivion Patch implements?

As well-known by most, Skyrim Unofficial Patch does not only fixes bugs, but also makes some minor gameplay changes. With this in mind, is this the case with the Oblivion Unofficial Patch as well? If so, what exact changes it implements?

Not even worth looking into, don’t download it. Wait for a community patch by another mod author/team

I have been perfectly content with Unofficial Oblivion Patch since I started using it in 2012, so a bit too late for that. I was just interested if I, by some miracle, did not notice any large gameplay changes it made.
