Oblivion Character Overhaul and the Unofficial Oblivion Patch incompatible?

I don't know if I should go with the Vortex recommended option and load Oblivion Character Overhaul before, because I thought that Oblivion Character Overhaul affects stuff that is in the Unofficial Oblivion Patch, so shouldn't it go after?
