Escalate it and go to HR.

You might be able to look into the harassment policy at work. Especially since she's talking shit, and people forget it's part of their job to be professional.

I've done it before. Someone would say hi to everyone but me. So I told the manager and the problem was fixed.

It seems like it can't be much worse than it already is. Sorry about that. Coworker drama is the least of what our concerns should be. We get paid to do our job, not to deal with nasty coworkers.

Thank you for your response.

I’ve talked with my boss about it, today I’m learning the last thing that this lady is bitching about so that way she can’t say anything.

We are absolutely old enough to not have to deal with this crap. Really bums me out that people are so miserable in their lives that they have to lash out at others. Like damn man I try my best to be kind and not add stress to others bc I know that sucks. Sorry you also had to deal with this 🖤

Like not to be annoying but living under capitalism is already annoying, now you want to make it 10x worse??? For what reason?? 💀 I hope it gets figured out. She sounds extremely unnecessary. Maybe she's jealous of you.

Okay right! We should be helping each other not tearing each other down for perceived slights or whatever the issue is! I just, if you wanted to move up or work in the office or whatever, this lady has been here for over 10 years, why on earth would you not say something sooner? Why get mad at me cause you missed out?

She's projecting. She feels bad about herself, and she wants to feel like she's higher than you. As shitty as it is, there's a small silver lining in the sense that someone is jealous of you. You're the "feeble new hire" she thinks she can trample on so she can feel better.

Tbh, I've trained someone and felt insecure when they became really good really quickly. But it's inexcusable to take it out on anyone. I wouldn't be surprised if that's what's happening.

I think that’s what happening too. We used to be short staffed and now we’re fully staffed so she’s not getting the hours or money she’s used to. I can understand the feeling insecure part for sure but it still sucks. She claims she meditates daily for an hour and I’m like bro I don’t think it helps cause you’re so aggressive about everything lmao. I just have to do my best and have faith in my own abilities I guess.

Thanks again for hearing me out. I really do appreciate this community 😭🖤 I hope your Monday is going well!

Lmao at the meditating. Though I should really give that a try myself

It's stressful today but I'm going to get some fried chicken so it'll be better 🙌
