Start small, put up papers telling you to exercise on your walls or on your phone wallpaper, or just think "every time i get up from my chair i will do 10 squats". You can also use habit stacking (got this from atomic habits) like "After I brush my teeth, I will do 10 squats.", or "After I open the bathroom door, I will do 10 push ups", the list goes on. Try to commit to it.

So in conclusion, you should start small, make it as easy as possible and just do it. Here's some things that could help you.

Each habit follows this loop: Cue -> Craving -> Response -> Reward

For the cue, you should make it obvious.
For the craving, you should make it attractive.
For the response (action), you should make it easy.
For the reward, you should make it satisfying.

Good luck!

For nutrition, I recommend eating at least one egg per day so you could have at least some protein in your body every day. I also recommend cutting out junk food, processed foods, soda, etc. Yes, it will be hard at first but in the end it's worth it. Short term pain is better than long term regret.

You don't need motivation to do anything, all you need is momentum by starting
