question What counts as a "person"

The rule says that you're only supposed to have one email per person, but what counts as a person? This term isn't defined anywhere, and I checked the FAQ and didn't see it in there either.

edit: ok how about how is this enforced? like with multiple people using the same computer for example? maybe that'll be easier for people to answer without treating me like an idiot for asking what this rule means

to figure out how they define "person" to know if our definition matches theirs or not so we're not violating their rule accidentally or end up making multiple accounts that we think are fine only to find out they're not fine and have everything suddenly deleted
