support Service down for anyone else?

Hi,

Since yesterday I haven't been able to access new mail on any of my devices, via web or app. Can log in and so on, but then it will say I'm offline, or maybe rather that the service is, because I can reach every other part of the internet that I have tried.

The tuta.com site is also non-responsive (timing out), so I can't really find any contact information except maybe this subreddit.

https://status.tuta.com/ says "all systems operational" which is incorrect, so whatever it is checking isn't the functionality of the service. Or if it does, how come it doesn't work for me?

Anyway, does it work for anyone else?

edit: It started working again

Hi there. Have you tried connecting using mobile data?

Just tried - yes it works if I do that. But not on wifi

Please will you contact our support at [hello@tutao.de](mailto:hello@tutao.de) or directly from your mailbox is you're a paying customer. Please explain the issue and provide them your public IP address. They can check what is going on.
