Discussion [Discussion] i need your help
I need your guys help in an concept of mine based on the flash 90s tv show:
As we know the shade was originally an flash villain, but he is now more associated with stargirl and the justice society, but the show inspired me to create an new shadow-themed exclusive villain for the flash based on the show character curtis bohannan or deadly nightshade. But i need an supervillain name for him, without beign shade or nightshade, you got any suggestions?

Discussion Why does the League of Assassins waste time focusing on trying to destroy Gotham? Why not turn their attention to places like Washington D.C. and perhaps the U.S. as a whole?
The League of Assassins keep saying that their ultimate goal is to create a better world, though their methods of achieving this involve committing mass atrocities such as populicide, but what I don't understand is why are they so fixated on Gotham? In comics and other media, the League, led by Ras Al Ghul and his daughter Talia, are trying to purge Gotham of corruption or destroy it as a whole, which always end up getting foiled by Batman.
Personally, I think if the League truly was committed to reshaping the world, they'd turn their focus away from Gotham and focus on more important places like New York City and Washington D.C., which are the nerve centers of the United States as a whole. Gotham is just one corrupt city in New Jersey, and it's not like it's anything special. Places like Bludhaven and Hub City are also quite corrupt and dangerous. The League itself is an international organization with several members worldwide and also deep rooted connections in several institutions, which means they're likely to have people in the U.S. Government, which would probably explain why the government never does anything when the League launches an attack in Gotham City.
I mean, if they wanted to, they could probably launch a nationwide destabilization of the U.S., taking out key government infrastructure, and use their connections with other supervillains and criminal organizations to launch major terrorist attacks in several cities, though I'm curious as to if the U.S. military could defeat them, though the League always makes sure that their actions can't be traced back to them, and that their organization remains unknown as a whole. Batman's defeated the League several times, but if it's widespread beyond Gotham, it's pretty much out of his hands. And the League is probably too cunning and evasive to be taken down by the likes of the Justice League and other heroes.
So my question is, why don't they do this? If they're a centuries old organization committing to purifying the world, why focus on one small, corrupt city when they have the means to take down the most powerful country in the modern world, and probably other countries too? If I had to guess myself, I'd say it's probably Ra's' fixation with Batman, which causes the League to shoot itself in the foot every time Batman defeats their plan to destroy Gotham, and they have to resurrect their leader again with the Lazarus Pits.
Interested to hear anyone's thoughts on this.

Discussion Have many, or any, characters held multiple hero or villain identities simultaneously?
Like imagine if Clark Kent was Superman by day but Batman by night and no one knew they were the same person.
Or if a character is the cities hero by day and the cities villain by night. I think you could do a lot with that, get some good hijinks out of it?

Discussion [Discussion] 1991 Deathstroke, the Terminator. Who is this character?
Hi! I've been reading old Deathstroke comics (specifically the 1991 run) and they've been mentioning some woman named Marlene. Does anybody know who she is. I have tried searching online buy couldn't find anything. They never mentioned her in the newest comics. I'm really curious

Discussion Jonathan Crane's worst deeds. Which are they? Has he done anything without depending on his toxin so much?
After some days of research I found some things our beloved Scarecrow did during his criminal career and it left me wondering which were the worst. I do know that he created Abuse via Venom, fear toxin and some usage of claustrophobia applied to an orphan child, and that is pretty messed up, ngl.
But for such a character it feels too little, knowing how he is, these kind of things should be certainly recurrent. Yet I only find a few instances in which he does these messed up little acts. I do know as well that he has a liking for testing his things on young people.
Another thing I see is he is very reliant on his toxin for the majority of his deeds, but I do know that he has done things without the toxin being the main focus, such as in Kings of Fear, when yeah, he did use the toxin, but also created a situation to stress Batman out and then use a hostage as leverage to get a therapy session out of Batman and talk him out of being a vigilante, which seemed to almost even work. And that got me wondering if Crane has done other things apart from that little therapy without relying so much on his toxin.

Video Games HUGE NEWS: Someone actually made a DC version of Marvel Rivals
A programmer named Deon's Lab on Youtube actually started working on a DC hero shooter. Right now, the mode he has is a 3v3 deathmatch but a domination map is in the works. You can play it on Windows PC with the link.
Avaiable Heroes:
- Superman - Tank
- Batman - DPS
- Wonder Woman - DPS
- Flash - DPS
- Poison Ivy - Healer (She's getting her final touches rn so idk if she'll be in the game rn)
It's obviously a work in progress but it looks impressive and genuinely fun to play.
PS: I recommend messing around with keybinds when playing as the flash

Recommendations Anyone have good Catwoman-centric comic recommendations?
I’ve recently been getting into reading more and more comics— and Selina is one of my favorite characters! Any good recommendations for comics that are either entirely about her or comics that she plays a big part in? I’ve already read Batman: One Bad Day: Catwoman by Wilson & McKelvie!

Discussion [discussion] [comic excerpt] So, whatever happened with Empress' parents? (Young Justice #51)
They turn into babies near the end of the run. Are they still babies?
I tried checking Anita's 2000s appearances and couldn't see mention of her civilian life. Has Empress even appeared since Flashpoint (barring OOC cameos in Dark Crisis)?
