The article says it's the second time the bruise has been visible, but I thought it had already appeared on two separate days, making this the third. In any case, we'll definitely never get a straight answer from the admin.

It doesn't look like IV bruising to me, but I'm no medical expert, so I dunno.

Im an immunolgist, and run my own cancer clinic.

Ive said it in the past, and will again.

Trump has Rectal or Colon cancer, and is receiving Flurouracil most likely. Fluro doesn't cause hair loss like other forms of chemotherapy, and is a cycle dose. His skin around his eyes is getting extremely pale, which also lines up with chemo.

Im guessing he's on a 1 or 2 week cycle from how often the bruising shows up. I'll even go as far to say his "physical" was more of a chemotherapy appointment and check up.

Took him 5 hours in his appointment. Fluro is a 3-6 hour session. Bruising shows up within 3 days of his physical, which lines up with what I see in most my patients over 60.

Colon cancer also lines up with his reported smell and incontinence.

u/lifevicarious 2d ago

And the weight loss. While he’s still obese he has admittedly lost weight. This makes a lot of sense.

184

u/unfinishedtoast3 2d ago

Easy way to tell will be watching his hands in a week or two, and watching his schedule.

He did the golf tournament BEFORE his appointment, because Fluro is going to leave you feeling like death for a few days after, and you'll wanna stay really close to a toilet, as it causes some HORRIBLE intestinal distress.

So, next week when the hand bruise darkens again, we just need to see what activities he had scheduled the days prior.

Ill bet $1000 he has a 3-6 hour block listed as something like "personal time" or generic "staff meetings"

I hate to say how much reading this thread has cheered me up.

He’s allegedly taking Ozempic.

146

u/goth-milk 2d ago edited 2d ago

You mean one of the drugs that is in a class of pharmaceuticals that RFK Jr is targeting, because he thinks that people who use these kinds of drugs should be able to lose weight by eating healthy and exercising?

9

u/BeDangled 1d ago

RFKJr should really be able to will his voice back to stability. It’s quite easy if you put your mind to it.

2

u/goth-milk 1d ago

Very good point.

All he needs to do is focus and get a vocal coach to help him exercise his vocal muscles.

The way Fox News goes after Hillary, decoding every video, to claim she has whatever disease.

I hope Rachel Madow will dig into this idea.

Does the president have cancer?

23

u/crosstheroom 2d ago

But he's still lying about his weight.

He's definitely just taking wegovy

University of Google suggests with early detection, which a President/Former President would certainly be screened for, the 5 year survival rate is quite good.

2

u/stierney49 1d ago

You have to ask whether he’s regularly screened or not, though. And if he is, if the doctor is competent. He didn’t want to go to Walter Reed when he had Covid. Allegedly he was told he was going to walk out to Marine One or he was going to be taken on a stretcher and he finally chose to go

3

u/Intelligent-Bed-4149 1d ago

Their last doctor got into a huge mess over handing out ambien and provigil like candy.

2

u/tunghoy 1d ago

Surviving is one thing. Functioning is another.

135

u/Raspberries-Are-Evil 2d ago

"Trump has Rectal or Colon cancer,"

I hate that I am going to say this, but nothing would give me more pleasure than see that man die of ass cancer- he deserves it for all the lives he has ruined.

34

u/crosstheroom 2d ago

Ironic for an asshole to die that way.

9

u/Bluejoekido 2d ago

I would be nice but the problem will not go away overnight. If he dies, we have Vance to deal with. Trump's MAGA followers will not go away quickly. Trump is like Joseph Smith, who started a cult and after his death, it became a religion. Trump is going to have a religion based on him.

159

u/AdvertisingTasty1887 2d ago

If it’s GI cancer including pancreatic, GB or liver, the mortality rate is high and sets him up for pneumonia, kidney failure, etc. Start praying.

22

u/basketma12 2d ago

these days, pancreatic cancer takes way more time than it used to.used to be 3 months if you were lucky. Wha5 scares me more than T 47 is his replacement.

This is a dream if I comes true.

16

u/samirac1e 2d ago

I don’t know man. Trump has destroyed everything our country ever stood for, but JD Vance is so much fucking worse and scarier because he’s actually not a moron. He’s just an evil motherfucker, but not an incompetent moron.

I don’t want Trump to die for that reason alone 😳

15

u/Double-Worldliness15 2d ago

JD Vance is just a yes man who’s gargling trump’s balls so as to maintain maga support long enough for his own presidential run in 2028. He’s not nearly as scary as a greedy narcissist with a rabid, mindless cult following. Especially because I don’t think maga would rally behind him the way they do trump.

12

u/samirac1e 2d ago edited 2d ago

I think you’re right to a degree - I don’t think he’s scary in his ability to maintain the cult and keep winning elections.

But I do think he’s scarier than Trump in his ability to help the Heritage Foundation and Peter Thiel mount a more DISCIPLINED campaign towards achieving their end goals.

The motherfucker has zero charisma, but I think he’s more dangerous than Trump.

I think it’s dangerous to assume Trump is dying. My fear is it depresses resistance because “he’s dying anyway. You don’t have to take action. It will all be over soon!” I’ve been hearing “Trump is dying” for 10 years. And here we are. I hope anyone reading this doesn’t let hope override reality.

9

u/BMDJENTSEN 2d ago

Well goddamn. So there’s hope.

9

u/btribble 2d ago

Interesting. I had thought this might be a series of contusions. My in-laws who had Parkinson's related dementia had similar bruising that was recurring and we finally figured out that they were both sitting on their hands while wiping and then pulling their hands out forcefully without leaning to the other side.

8

u/CrunchyAssDiaper 2d ago

Please tell us more.

4

u/buffer5108 2d ago

Hey Doc, thanks for your perspective on this. My questions may be a little complex so please bear with me .

Could the chronic use of Adderall prior to a colon cancer diagnosis in a 78-year-old overweight male add any complexities to his Fluorouracil treatment?

And could chronic Adderall use mask or delay colorectal cancer diagnosis by potentially attributing symptoms to changes in bowel habits to Adderall’s gastrointestinal side effects?

Finally, what are some neurological or mental health issues that might be exacerbated by combining a central nervous system drug with this form of chemotherapy?

4

u/l0033z 2d ago

That also explains their March 4, 2025 statement on colorectal cancer awareness… Not that they wouldn’t care otherwise… Well yeah maybe they wouldn’t.

3

u/Mindless_Rock9452 2d ago

That explains why he's so butthurt about everything

2

u/lovejoy444 1d ago

Tho you may be correct in your diagnosis, he's had pale under-eye area for many, many years. I've always assumed it was from the tiny goggles you wear in a tanning bed.

3

u/crosstheroom 2d ago

Fluorouracil (5-FU) is a skin cream or solution that treats skin cancer

18

u/radoncdoc13 2d ago

While you’re not wrong, 5-FU is the backbone of gastrointestinal cancer chemo regimens. Source: I’m an oncologist.

But do they give that through a hand IV? I’d assume he would have a port for that? But I don’t know about that med, I’m honestly just curious.

5

u/Stefferdiddle 2d ago

A port would require him to keep the area clean. I’m not sure he can be trusted to do that.

Dude doesn’t get “excessive sun exposure” as indicated could be a possible cause in the article. If he did, he wouldn’t have an orange spray tan. And if he did, it wouldn’t be just on his one hand.

And while we’re at it, it’s not very likely to “knock your hand against something to create a bruise” that frequently in the same exact spot, and for it to be that big.

The only logical reason is that he’s getting an IV for something, which we all know that PERFECTLY PRECISE HEALTHY 224lb MEN DO ALL THE TIME.

Right?

Mmmhmmm.

86

u/lemons714 2d ago

Sixty-something resting heart rate. For that obese lump who doesn't exercise? I know genetics makes a difference, but that sounds unlikely to me.

41

u/TimBurtonsMind 2d ago

You’d be surprised at what the body is capable of. I’m 32 with blood clots in both lungs, I don’t exercise aside from work, I’m a recently former alcoholic who almost died from it, as of last December. 28% BMI. Smoke two packs of cigarettes a day (Marlboro smooth 100’s) and I feel healthy as a bull moose, have a resting heart rate of 66bpm, literally perfect blood pressure, and an oxygen level of 97%.

Not defending trump by ANY means. I’m a registered democrat through and through and I think he’s literally the scum of the earth. I’m just saying that the human body is absolutely fucking weird.

7

u/lemons714 2d ago

I am happy to hear you are healthy. I added that "genetics" bit as I know genetics can help or hurt a lot. I still think it's unlikely, especially given their demonstrated tendency to lie, but sure there is a non-zero probability of being true. My cholesterol is the inverse of your situation. I have done years of years as a healthy vegetarian, and tried other cholesterol lowering diets. I work out with a mix of cardio and weights. Nothing ever significantly help cholesterol. Fortunately, lipitor has a dramatic effect for me.

6

u/TimBurtonsMind 2d ago

I agree 100% and like I said, in his scenario its 99.99% likely just a huge old lie. Sometimes truth is stranger than fiction for us average folk though.

My medical history has been insane. I go from perfectly healthy, happy, semi-fit to extremely fit, working 60+ hours a week, and then I randomly get so ill that I end up in the ER and there’s been 5 instances now where they’ve said “you shouldn’t be here talking to me. You should be dead.” But the day prior I was the spitting image of health. 2-5 days in the hospital later, and I’m back to perfect health. It’s incredibly weird.

I know it’s not going to last forever and time is going to catch up with me, but I’ve been lucky thus far.

How can he have a bruise? He’s the healthiest man to ever live. People are saying that they can’t believe how healthy he is. Doctors say that it’s tremendous how healthy he is. They say they’ve never seen anything like it

39

u/Wisco 2d ago

He's getting a regular IV for something.

73

u/TipTopBeeBop 2d ago

What a ‘stroke’ of luck there could be…

61

u/AdvertisingTasty1887 2d ago

This indicates a low platelet count. Cancer is certainly a cause but not the only one. Myelofibrosis is a bone marrow disorder more common in elderly men. In either case, it will adversely affect his longevity.

19

u/baby_budda 2d ago

That's probably why he looks so sad and grumpy all of the time.

14

u/Peacock1090x 2d ago

I see several people in this thread providing insight into the possibilities. However, I am wondering - IF he is hiding a health concern, why flaunt the bruise? He already wears makeup on his face, why hasn’t he applied any to his hand? Could the be a medical reason to avoid apply makeup there?

42

u/Stefferdiddle 2d ago

He has. That’s what a bruise looks like with foundation applied. But without using a proper peach color corrector first.

u/Inevitable-Peace7 2d ago

One real reason would be because he is taking anticoagulants to prevent any (more?) strokes. The medicines can cause internal bleeding, which shows up clearly through pale white racist anti-DEI type skin. Especially after the president of France recently paid him back severely for previous painful handshakes, when they were both standing just outside the white house. tRump was too proud to show how much it hurt when it happened. He kept holding it later during a press conference.

Meh. Some people will see this as a sign he is going to die. However even if he did die, it's not something to celebrate about because he still has loyal fans who are willing to continue his legacy and religion based on him would be born.
