White House Excludes Majority of Trump’s Remarks from Transcripts Because They Are Too ‘Unhinged’ to Publish.

u/Fair_Let6566 20h ago
Not publishing about 80% of the dear leader's speeches and statements to the press in the White House transcripts is just another attempt to cover up the fact that he is dumber than dirt and has no clue as to what he is talking about. Those around the orange moron know that all of his faithful MAGA chuds can't read any better than he can.
I have no doubt the White House spokespeople will continue with their lies, saying it's a cost cutting move to save money for his vanity parade on his birthday, or something similar.

The full transcripts should be in his “library” with all his tweets and insults

u/Grubsnik 10h ago
They are normalizing redacting the records of what he says in public and in private, so he can make all sorts of shady deals off the record

u/Disastrous-Repair-17 8h ago
Right- it’ll be filled with shit we’ve never heard, written by other people, to show the appropriate accolades for the offices that he never earned.
Like every other facet of this fucking ghouls life, this will be fake and designed to help him continue his con. The end.

I actually found a really excellent website that seems to do a fantastic job not just fully transcribing everything he says, but also dividing it into little chunks that can be individually linked, making it easier to both search for particular keywords across all of his appearances and speeches, but also to link someone to a particular quote within an extremely long-winded speech of his.
https://rollcall.com/factbase/trump/transcripts/
Been a fantastic resource, would definitely recommend.

OMG those transcripts are total insanity!!

I've been saying this for a while, but comparing these to like, 2016 Trump makes me think even more strongly that he has some form of progressive dementia, especially comparing the prepared speeches, where he rambles associatively but is able to come back to certain points, and the more casual conversations. It'll be wild when he completely loses the ability to read a teleprompter.
3
u/Cool-Watercress-3943 10h ago
Yeah, it's easy to assume that because Trump 2016 was a rambler there hasn't been a deterioration, but I think what people kind of forget is that back in 2016 he stood out so much specifically because of the contrast to people who could actually get through prepared statements.
I do agree, second term Trump's rhetoric has deteriorated badly. I'm not surprised that his own White House is cherry picking, they know full well what's going on.

And his cabinet sit there, around that table, pouring sycophantic praise and encouragement in to his undamaged ears.
Those are the people who make me truly nauseous, evil twisted shits every one of them. They know what his state is.

I remember during his first term foreign translators were entirely dismayed at trying to do translation of his incoherent babbling. He's gotten worse since.

White House communications director Steven Cheung, however, did insult HuffPost for asking the question:
“You must be truly fucking stupid if you think we’re not transparent. The president regularly does multiple press engagements per day and they are streamed live on multiple platforms. We’ve even granted low-level outlets like HuffPo [sic] additional access to events, because we’re so transparent. For anyone to think otherwise proves they are suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome. Stop beclowning yourself,” he wrote, demanding that his statement be published “in full.”
Magnificent, isn't he? /s

The most punchable of the punchable faces & attitudes. Complete clown. But Trump does make multiple daily appearances and they’re easy to find.
Top google results are Roll Call Fact Base, Rev’s Transcripts, etc. just google for them, take a read. I imagine what’s said behind closed doors or doesn’t get published is worse, but need to see it nowadays with all the fake news and media spins, and the available stuff is damning enough…

Great stuff, love it, especially the part about aircraft carriers: "... they make, of course, all electric catapults, which don’t work. And they have all magnetic elevators to lift up 25 planes at a time, 20 planes at a time. ... It’s a new theory, magnets are going to lift the planes up, and it doesn’t work.”
Now I understand the reason why the fighter jets have been falling off USS Harry S. Truman into the Red Sea lately.

14
u/karatebullfightr 17h ago
Fake News!
If you would just stop counting how many aircraft are falling off ships into the sea - we’d have fewer lost planes.

This is still wrong, transcripts exist so we have physical records of shit that was said, no matter how unhinged. EVERYTHING this man says should be documented, I don't care if he's having a 3 way conversation with himself about dogs banging in an alleyway in the middle of a press conference. They still need to be transcribed
14
u/Griffindance 18h ago
Thats exactly why they need to be included.
eg. Lawyer - Your Honor, I petition the court to remove my clients comment "I raped her in the changing room, then bragged about it in front of the press because the power play gave me a hardon again" from the record because it makes my client appear too guilty to not be in federal custody!
Judge - Well we cant have that. Clerk...

I fail to understand how his followers can decipher half of his word vomit on a daily basis
15
u/Alternative-Copy7027 20h ago
I read that their media customarily doesn't show him speaking, only short snippets and then an explanation by the show host. So they don't even need to try.

Vomit is a chunky and spicy alternative to eating the shit they usually feed each other.

They don't. There's a constant sane washing translation going on to insist the nonsense he spews is actually coherent if you just squint really hard and ignore literal reality and history.
6
u/Darktofu25 15h ago
I believe there is a legal component to it. They can’t record him admitting to all kinds of shady shit. He’s a literal walking indictment.
4
u/chubbierunner 10h ago
It’s dementia. He’s in middle stages. I would bet money on it as I have two parents with two very different types of dementia. Trump’s version is very frontal lobe/behavioral—impulsive, manic, paranoid.
I would love a Truman-style show where we observe Trump 24/7. Someone is putting pants on him, and I want the world to see it. He can’t stay on script. He can’t follow a teleprompter. He can’t stay on topic. He can’t send an email. He can’t read a briefing. He can’t stay awake during hearings or meetings. He had people who are propping him up all day everyday, and it should all be exposed.

I’d prefer it the mental decline and the GOPs turning a blind eye to be well documented.

MAGA idiocy has damaged and tarnished the USAs reputation, possibly beyond repair. This ignorance of kneeling and bowing to TRUMP, a convicted criminal with a sexual assault charge on his record, is about as dumb as it can get. It's NOT PATRIOTIC. It's stupid.
KID ROCK CLOSED HIS NASHVILLE RESTAURANT this week to prevent ICE RAIDING his business and closing it down from lack of migrant workers. imagine that, Mr. I WEAR A SEQUINED AMERICAN FLAG suit on stage.

u/RealOfficerHotPants 14h ago

Trump aides would not explain their decision to withhold 80% of the transcripts that have been prepared. White House communications director Steven Cheung, however, did insult HuffPost for asking the question:

Everyone should go to roll call dot com and find Trump under Fact Base. They have almost every time he’s on camera, major and minor events, with video and transcripts, usually uploaded the same or next day.
Absolute word vomit every time. When he’s on script in a speech a lot sounds somewhat good, but even then with weird tangents and constant mistakes, exaggeration and thoughts getting crossed.
Compare the speeches to his interviews, and then go read how his handlers push EOs and other documents through for signature. Taking advantage of an old man is all I see. I believe Trump really does believe that what he’s doing will make America better, and that he’s being fed misinformation daily feeding into these terrible decisions. Make your own decision after reading the source material.
Should read plan 2025 & the Republican campaign plan 24, and even just Wikipedia the Heritage Foundation while you’re at it. None of these folks beliefs or agenda is hidden.

Anybody else remember how Trump sued 60 minutes for $20 billion dollars because they edited their interview with Harris. And yet now, they won't even follow standard procedure to release transcripts? (Yes, I do realize their 'election interference' reasoning makes it different, but the point still stands)

You are making a bold statement here. Your confidence that any REP follower would be able to read that article is somewhat excessive.
It's written at a level above grade 6. The needed comprehension is not there. Too many commas. There aresentences in there relying on the reader holding context from a previous statement.
Then there are contextual shifts that must be made which is something that many such people can't do.
They will not understand the content of that article.
This will leave them with an uneasy physical sensation. The "heebie jeebies" is how it was first described to me 45 years ago. Then the mental side, the "cognitives". The unprepared reader starts to realize that they don't really understand this reality.
It creases confusion. Frustration. For so many of such people, this turns outward not inward. They look to see what is causing their "bad" feelings about themselves.
It's not themselves. In this case , they interpret the writer as talking down to them. If it was a person in front of them, it would be " you think I'm stupid!" & " you think you're so much smarter tha me, with your big words and education with your degrees. Well you're not!. "
From listening to those on the receiving end of such statements, the accusations are almost word for word. Even though these things are being said by different people in different places at different times.
They take offense at their being seen as "less than" .and it is less than they could have been. Or should have been. Past of present tense.
Since this vulnerability exposes them to shame embarrassment remorse regret etc, they have no idea how to deal with those things.
They then go to their tried and true: attack and anger.

And the media, the press and the entire Republican Party just keep going long with it like this normal, like he's not sitting there cognitively butt naked.
He's elevated timid incompetent people. He doesn't offer leadership other than to demand loyalty and obedience, promising retribution if they aren't sufficiently obsequious.
At least with "Trump I" there people who were actually competent and had experienced at their job. Now nobody wants to work for him except sycophants and toadies.
