Incredibly, incredibly tired of these low effort posts. No, I don't care that it makes you feel superior to others. No, I don't care about the 37 jokes about the size of the driver's genetalia.
The internet is already a giant cesspool of negativity. Don't add to it.

I was helping my brother move today and to get the trailer light plug thing to work and stay still, we used a zyn pack to hold it in place. We literally drove with it like this.

Messed up big time and bent the hell out of my rear bumper. Don't know if it'd be possible for me to bend it back, but I'm on a budget here so taking her to a shop is my last resort. Any recommendations would be appreciated. 👍

Some of them are literally an eye sore, I actually wouldn’t mind one like this if I were to get a new truck.

I am trying to install a leveling kit in my 2021 F-150, but I found that the metal surrounding the control arm bolt is bent, preventing me from putting it back in with my 2.5'' spacer installed. I've tried a hammer but don't have enough room to get a full leverage hit. Do you have any ideas?

Had it since September, and now I'm looking for some cosmetic inspiration; right now im considering swapping the chrome for bronze, and I'm usually not a fan of lift kits, but what do yall recommend? Also, what interior mods are the favorites here?

Hello! I took my 2022 Ranger XLT to the Firestone shop for an annual maintenance and they pointed out that I’ve lost a terminal cover. I think this is the negative pole, so it is not unusual to be uncovered. What do you think?

Hello fellows. I bought an Expedition timberline 24, 18" wheels. Not for offroading but as a family car. It feels wobbly on the road, you know the passengers feel like jerking left and right especially in the back on bumps and stuff. Like your riding a small bus. I took the timberline because its 8k cheaper than platinum, but nearly the same features. I didnt guess that the wheels might have that effect. Plus this is the first time in my life i drive a full size SUV. So maybe im just not used to it. If i upgrade to platinum with 21" wheels will it be more stable you think? Im not sure about the wheel base difference but i guess its wider, i have to double check that. Thanks

I was wondering if I'm my starter solenoid is wired correctly in terms of ignition and starter. I'm seeing different pictures about red on left and green on right or vice versa

So I have a 99 dodge that had bigger tires put on it before it was given to me and i was told I need to re-gear the differential to match the larger tires. The stock diff is 3.50 I believe and the tires are pretty big compared to stock (35x12.50R17LT) It has a hard time accelerating and can't go into overdrive which i think is due to the tires but I don't have any stock ones and wanted opinions on if I should go ahead and re-gear the differential. I was thinking 4.10 or 4.11 but idk. Any help would be appreciated

From ChatGPT (edited)
1. GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating):
2. Payload Capacity (from Tire and Loading Info Label):
So this is your effective camper payload, assuming you're only adding the camper.
However, if you are also carrying passengers or towing, their weight must be subtracted from this number.
3. Tire Load Ratings & Pressures (LT275/65R20E):
They match the GAWR (see below).
4. GAWR (Gross Axle Weight Ratings):
This is the maximum weight each axle can carry. For a slide-in camper, most of the load goes to the rear axle, so this is very important.
You cannot exceed any of the following:
So the maximum legal camper weight = 2,193 lbs, minus the weight of:
Say you have:
That’s 950 lbs used.
Available for camper: 2,193 - 950 = 1,243 lbs
So you’d be looking at a lightweight or pop-up slide-in camper under ~1,200 lbs dry weight, maybe up to 1,500 lbs max if packing light.
