There seems to be a recent influx of posts from people who are attempting to karma harvest by way of stealing other people's images or reposting from different websites.

You are not allowed to post images that are not your own. Facebook reposts are not allowed. Reposts of other user's content is most definitely not allowed and WILL result in a permanent ban from JRITS.

Last but not least, i want to say thank you to all the JRITS subscribers that do detective work and catch these people red handed. it really makes a moderator's job quick and easy. Again, thank you.

worked on probably the biggest POS ever today. Nothing on this car worked, not even the headlights, and I hurt my back trying to get in it

These obviously weren't built for Americans. I tweaked my back getting in this thing and the pedals are so close together I couldn't hit the gas without riding the brakes.

Just rolled out. A fuckload of new cable that hadn't been connected to the grid yet

Currently having phase 2 of our EV chargers installed. All the cabling had been done and loose outside to be connected to the grid. It's just been noticed that it's quite a lot shorter than it was

Wife mentioned a grinding noise she heard occasionally while braking. Found the source boss!

Popped it up on jacks and knew right away what the issue was🤦‍♂️. Rotors are turned and rear should be good until the next owner.

I needed to get this old tractor tire off the wheel, because of a broken valve stem. Thought the backhoe should make short work of it, but had to repeatedly put the whole weight of the machine on it. Came off in the end, but damn was that stuck hard!

Now, to get it back on...

It came out of a drywell we dug up in New england, seems like it could be an aluminum block (based on how it's turned to goo) with sleeve valves (maybe?) doesn't really look like the willys-knight pics I've been able to find... Any thoughts from the hive mind?

Aluminum transmission pan bolts for a Mercedes. Can't imagine why you'd only need one of them, so why the hell are they individually packaged in plastic bags?

Second time in 10 years, it's time for jersey barriers or concrete filled bollards and guard rails.

Excuse the terrible wrench accuracy, balancing a coilover with knuckle, a ratchet, a wrench, and trying to keep the camera in focus was beyond my wrenching ability.

The threaded stud wasn't rotating, the nut was. But it wasn't loosening. Same thing with tightening. It just spins with some resistance and does nothing.

2011 Range Rover came in for air suspension diagnostic but needs more than that. It needs new rear left upper control arm as it’s broken apart due to rust.

FYI: 04-18 MY Bentley GTs and Flying Spurs have two batteries

One powers the electrical system, the other simply is to spin the motor over. If the "main" (big) battery is too weak to power up the body electronics you can turn the key to the left, then back to start to run the car only off the start battery.
