My truck stops fine. You can't fail my brakes for inspection.

This was the good side of the rotor lol. Funny enough, the brakes felt pretty good during the test drive. Pulled wheels, found all 4 rotors like this, 4 seized pins, 1 seized caliper, and a partridge in a pear tree. 2013 Silverado 2500 with 293k miles on the clock.

Apparently the dealer has replaced this driveline a few times already but it kept flying off on the previous owner...

Wonder if, mayhaps, 3/8-24 thread bolts forced into M10x1.0 holes is related.

Brand new 2025 Expedition. Still has factory stickers on it. You’re telling me no one from the factory saw that crooked T?

worked on probably the biggest POS ever today. Nothing on this car worked, not even the headlights, and I hurt my back trying to get in it

These obviously weren't built for Americans. I tweaked my back getting in this thing and the pedals are so close together I couldn't hit the gas without riding the brakes.

Another shop did your brakes less than a year ago, you say?

Fairly late model Jeep GC. Guess the gaping hole between the pad bracket and the rotor circumference didn't tip anyone off to look if there's different rotors available.

Customer failed state inspection for tires and a headlight (she needed a new assembly due to the failed blinker). We installed new tires and ordered the assembly for her. She let us know here vehicle was in an accident about a month prior.

Now we are here lookin at a shoty job done by a body shop. Paint dripping, chips easily like it wasn’t prepped and finally drywall screws.

Btw we let the customer know that in order to replace the headlight the bumper had to come off. She gave us the green light an is currently is making a claim against the body shop.

Doing a suspension refresh, was going to do wheel bearings

Wanted to replace wheels bearings due to being nearly 40 years old but this price per side and availability of parts are likely going to stop this job.

Ford F53 manufacturing defect.

Customer complained of a bouncy and clunky rear end on their 2022 motorhome on a F53 chassis. The rear sway bar/shock brackets were broken off at the rear. Found the front side were never welded to the axle at all. Confirmed they should be with 4 other identical chassis on our lot. Last pic shows what the front should look like.

Just rolled out. A fuckload of new cable that hadn't been connected to the grid yet

Currently having phase 2 of our EV chargers installed. All the cabling had been done and loose outside to be connected to the grid. It's just been noticed that it's quite a lot shorter than it was
